MondoFetish is an adult content directory operating in compliance with applicable age, content, and platform regulations in every market we accept visitors from. This page consolidates the legal disclosures that were previously hosted on separate URLs (US laws compliance, Canadian laws compliance, APA and NZPA) into a single resource.
All visitors must be at least 18 years old, or 21 in any jurisdiction where local law sets the age of majority higher. By accessing the directory you affirm that you meet the age of majority where you are located and that adult content is legal to access in your jurisdiction.
The directory does not host explicit content directly. We link to third-party Telegram communities that operate their own moderation and age-verification standards. We require any listed community to enforce its own 18+ policy and we pull listings that do not.

MondoFetish does not produce or host such material; the directory provides links to third-party communities on Telegram. Section 2257 compliance is the responsibility of the operators of the linked content. We require any listed community to comply with applicable laws in its operator jurisdiction.
The directory respects the age and content rules of each market we accept visitors from. Where local law requires age verification at the platform level (UK Online Safety Act, certain Australian states, etc), we route visitors from those markets through the verification step the linked platform supplies.
If you believe content listed in the directory infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@mondofetish.com with: identification of the work, identification of the listed location, your contact details, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate. We honour valid notices within 48 hours.
The directory has a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material. We work with the IWF, NCMEC, and equivalent national bodies. Any community listed in the directory that fails an anti-CSAM audit is removed immediately and reported. No exceptions, no warnings.
We do not list communities that allow non-consensual content, deepfakes without consent, or doxxing. We pull listings that develop these problems. Reports go to safety@mondofetish.com and are actioned within 24 hours.
