GDPR & Privacy Notice

What we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act.

MondoFetish complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. This page documents the data we collect, our lawful bases, and the rights you can exercise at any time.

What we collect

  • Visitor analytics. Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP. We see aggregated page views, country-level geography, and the search query that brought you here when Google passes it. We do not see your identity.
  • Optional contact data. Email address if you write to us, the Telegram handle if you apply for Mistress verification.
  • Telegram interaction events. When you click a "Join channel" CTA we log an anonymised click event so we can measure which directory entries get traction. The event includes the source page and the fetish category, not your identity.

What we do not collect

No health data, no political opinions, no biometric data, no precise location, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking. The directory does not need any of that to function and we do not collect data we do not need.

Lawful bases (Article 6 GDPR)

  • Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for anonymised analytics. The interest is improving the directory; the impact on you is near-zero because the data is anonymised at source.
  • Article 6(1)(a) consent for optional marketing emails, never sent without your explicit opt-in.
  • Article 6(1)(c) legal obligation for any data retention required by law (for example DMCA notice handling).

Your rights under GDPR Articles 15-22

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@mondofetish.com from the address we hold for you. We respond within 30 days.

Hosting and sub-processors

Shopify (US and EU regions) for the directory itself. Google (EU region) for Analytics. Cloudflare (global edge) for CDN and DDoS protection. No data is sold or shared with advertising networks.

Cookies

The directory uses one strictly-necessary session cookie and the Google Analytics cookie set (anonymised). You can opt out of Analytics via the browser DNT signal or the Google opt-out extension. We honour both.
