How to Spot a Fake Mistress: The Anti-Scam Protocol

The fetish world is a magnet for scammers. Where there is desire, there are predators. If you are new to Findom or Online Domination, you are a target.

Follow this protocol to protect your wallet and your privacy.

Red Flag #1: The "Manager" DM

The Scenario: You join a group, and immediately receive a DM from a "Mistress" or her "Manager" asking if you want a session.

The Reality: Real Dommes never DM you first. They are the prize; you pursue them. Anyone messaging you unprompted is 99% a scammer from a call center.

Red Flag #2: Gift Cards Only

The Scenario: "I only accept Apple, Steam, or Amazon Gift Cards."

The Reality: Legitimate creators use Wishtender, Throne, CashApp, or Crypto. Gift cards are untraceable and favored by organized crime rings. Never pay tribute via gift card.

Red Flag #3: Stolen Content

If a profile posts low-resolution photos or videos that seem to have different watermarks, run. Use reverse image search tools before sending a cent.

How to stay safe?

  1. Use Verified Directories: Only join channels listed on trusted hubs like MondoFetish.
  2. Request Verification: A real Mistress will often have a specific "verification" voice note or video sign.
  3. Start Small: Never send a large tribute as your first interaction.
